Wales Kitesurfing Team
Liam
Watson
is currently studying at Bangor University and is a
founder and now secretary of the University kite sports
club and so is very friendly and approachable. He is
a kite surfer and also kite land boards and so has a
range of experience in different kite types and makes.
He is the boat specific member of the team with lots
of experience driving different watercraft from Jet
Ski's to luxury cruisers. He is an RYA advanced powerboat
driver as well as RYA VHF and first aid qualified.
Richard
Prince is studying History at Bangor University.
He is a founder of Bangor Uni Kite Club and is the Chairman.
He is a kite surfer and also a kite land boarder. Having
had 3 years kite flying experience and having flown a
range of kites including foils, arcs and LEI's he is knowledgeable
in how to go from basic flying movement to getting the
best from kites and how to get set up on the water. He
is friendly and is happy to offer advice if needed, from
all aspects of kite flying to a next kite purchase!
