Kitesurfing Fitness Training
Steve
Jones has 10yrs experience in the Fitness Industry.
He has been a Personal Trainer in London for the last
6yrs. Kitesurfing is a demanding sport, the fitter you
are the more you will get out of it. So as well as teaching
Kitesurfing we will be offering our clients specific
fitness training to improve your fitness and help you
get the most out of Kitesurfing.
Fitness
training will be available in May and we can train on
the beach or at a location of your choice.
We
will also cater for groups if you would like to train
with your friends. Your first session is free, this
is so we can get an idea of your current fitness level.
From there we will be able to build a progressive programme
that will suit your needs and improve on what we need
to. Each session will be different and you will see
a huge difference within 10 sessions.
